Bill Golden, president, and CEO of Golden Boat Lifts, Golden Marine Systems, and Golden Manufacturing, has been selected by a panel of independent judges as a finalist for the 2019 EY (Ernst & Young) Entrepreneur of the Year® Florida award. This prestigious honor recognizes entrepreneurial leaders of high-growth companies who excel at innovation and financial performance and possess a personal commitment to their businesses and communities. Winners will be announced in June.

Golden began building boat lifts 35 years ago in Florida, always with an emphasis on using quality materials and manufacturing. The company’s scope is now global, with lifts routinely shipped worldwide for private, municipal and government use.
Continually striving to improve processes, Golden Boat Lifts recently recertified its ISO audit to 9001:2015 standards, having been 9001:2008 since 2013. It is the only aluminum frame boat lift company to hold this high accreditation.
