A complete description, with pictures or videos (if applicable), will be mandatory for us to evaluate the claim.
For claims not verifiable by the original installer, proof of original purchase will be required.
It is in our right to disapprove any claim request that is found to be fraudulent, inadequately justified, or not otherwise covered by our warranty.
